HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A&B Valve and Piping Systems, LLC, today announced its acquisition of Wells Supply, LLC, a Beaumont, Texas-based pipe, valve and fittings (PVF) supply company. The integration of Wells Supply’s assets and expertise will advance the mission of A&B Valve and Piping Systems to provide the best product availability, competitive pricing and customer service to the energy industry.
A&B Valve and Piping Systems has served the Texas and Louisiana markets for more than 40 years as the leading PVF supplier to the oil and gas, petrochemical, power and other industrial industries. This acquisition follows the February purchase of A&B Valve and Piping Systems by industry veterans Don Poarch and Joe Swinbank, co-founders of the Sprint Companies, and enhances the company’s presence and services in Beaumont and throughout Southeast Texas.
