Fan-Centric Entertainment Website Appoints Serial Entrepreneur to Board

LOS ANGELES--()--Moviepilot today announced Christof Wittig’s appointment to its Board of Directors. Wittig brings years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor and board member, with an expertise in advertising technology and software startups. His appointment via long-time Moviepilot investor Deutsche Telekom Strategic Investors accompanies substantial growth for the fan-centric media company, in which Moviepilot has surged to more than 31 million Facebook fans with a burgeoning branded video and sales division.

Prior to his appointment, Wittig founded and served as CEO for software startups LiquidM, Servo Software, db4objects, and Apsis Software. He currently serves as investor and/or board member to various companies, including Enish, Metago, KeepSafe, Hornet Networks, Vespa Networks, VirtaHealth, Boxfish, App Annie, and now Moviepilot.
