Wood Residential Services Promotes Industry Veteran Lynne Churillo to Senior Vice President

Churillo Will Focus on Delivering an Outstanding Resident Experience in Florida and Georgia

ORLANDO, Fla.--()--Wood Partners, a national leader in multifamily real estate development and acquisition, announced today that Lynne Churillo has been promoted to Senior Vice President for the South Region of Wood Residential Services. In this role, Churillo will focus on growing, leading and directing all property management functions for Wood Partners’ portfolio of existing properties and projects under development and acquisitions in Florida and Georgia.

In her new position, Churillo plays a critical part in leading the residential services team and maintaining a high quality of life for residents at Wood Partners’ communities. Beyond ensuring that developments and acquisitions promote a lifestyle appealing to target renters, Churillo will be instrumental in overseeing community maintenance, leasing and programming.

Churillo came to Wood Partners in December 2014 with 27 years of experience in property management, 20 of which were spent as a multi-state portfolio manager in several Southeast markets. Prior to joining Wood Partners, Churillo was a senior regional property manager at Greystar and also has previously worked with RAM Partners, LLC, and ZOM, among others. Churillo boasts a strong record of managing for third-party clients including TCR, CBREI, JP Morgan and Alliance Bernstein. And as a graduate of Florida State University, Churillo understands the culture that attracts young professionals, families and empty-nesters to the South.

Churillo began serving in her new role as of October 2015 and is based in Orlando, Florida.
