Mr. Lehman brings three decades of legal experience to Intersect ENT, most recently having served as general counsel and secretary for Thoratec Corporation (NASDAQ:THOR), a global leader in medical technology to address advanced-stage heart failure, where he saw the company through tremendous growth and eventual sale to St. Jude Medical.
