Compendia, established in 1999, is a leading provider of homeowner and community web portals and manuals primarily serving both single family and multi-family homebuilder markets.
Compendia’s solutions enable its clients to reduce customer service costs and streamline operations while simultaneously managing risk, ensuring compliance and improving overall client satisfaction. Together, Compendia and CII now serve 6 of the top 10 national homebuilders.
