The Company, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, owns and operates 21 HuHot restaurants across the Midwest, including locations in Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and South Dakota. HuHot Mongolian Grill is a fast growing restaurant concept in the United States that features create-your-own Asian stir-fry. With a simple pricing structure, a unique and customizable menu, and rapid service model, the HuHot brand continues to experience strong expansion.
