DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Austin-based public accounting firm Midwikis & Granger has joined Wagner, Eubank & Nichols, L.L.P., a certified public accounting firm based in Dallas. The affiliation expands Midwikis & Granger’s service offerings to include audit capabilities and marks Wagner, Eubank & Nichols’ entrance into the Austin market.
Both firms primarily serve privately-held companies, their owners, families and individuals in tax, financial accounting and consulting services, among others. Each has been well-established in their hometowns for more than 30 years helping clients navigate their financial, business, and tax affairs.

Together, the firm will have about 55 C.P.A.s and support staff. Trey Cook will join the Austin office from Wagner, Eubank & Nichols as a tax manager, serving both Dallas- and Austin-based clients.
