Zumiez Teams up with Starmount to Reinvent Its Point of Sale and Deliver an Agile Omnichannel Experience

The Starmount Customer Engagement Suite is the industry’s first fully integrated enterprise solution designed to provide retailers and their customers with a POS experience that includes full omnichannel capabilities. Meeting the Omnichannel Needs of an Innovative Retail Culture

To meet its goal of selling to customers anytime, anywhere, via any mix of channels the customer chooses, Zumiez needed a flexible, customer-focused platform consistent with the company’s innovative culture.

The new platform will support flexible paths to purchase for Zumiez shoppers — which include reserve/buy online and pick up in store same day; ship from any store to any location; and order online from the store — leveraging the stores as an essential component of the omnichannel experience. Mobile engagement tools and integrated loyalty programs will enable associates to provide a richer in-store experience with access to comprehensive product information, enterprise-wide inventory visibility, and the ability to process transactions anywhere on the store floor.
