WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bioanalytical Systems, Inc. (“BASi”) (NASDAQ:BASI) today announced the appointment of Dawn M. Joseph as Director of Business Development reporting to BASi Vice President of Business Development, Connie Dougherty.
Ms. Dougherty said, “Dawn Joseph joins BASi with 11 years of experience in the pharmaceutical services market as a business development manager, with a track record of building sales and implementing winning initiatives for the clients. Most recently, Ms. Joseph served as Director of Sales for Accuratus Lab Services in Agawam, MA. In that role, she was responsible for commercializing new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships. Prior to this, Ms. Joseph was Technical Sales & Marketing Manager for Harvard Bioscience where she doubled sales over a three year period and improved market share by developing an effective technical marketing strategy for platform hybridoma fusion systems and cell transfection equipment. Ms. Joseph has also held a variety of sales leadership and research positions, including Research Associate for the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
Ms. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Science from Worcester State University in Worcester, MA and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT.
