Via its Registration-as-a-Service and Social Login products, Gigya leverages the portal registration process, a security and business requirement, as the initial step in building more complete customer profiles to help drive marketing efforts. Within this burgeoning discipline, the process of collecting data, creating a profile, and adding enrichment to each subsequent login is progressive and gradual, with each step building on the previous steps, and all customer data being securely managed in Gigya’s advanced, dynamic schema Profile Management identity repository.
