SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AFT Holdings, Inc. announced today that its subsidiary Atlantic Natural Foods, LLC (ANF), has entered into a letter of intent to acquire the assets of neat foods, LLC, of Lancaster, Penn. Both companies expect the acquisition to finalize prior to the close of 2015.
