(NASDAQ:PCTI), a leader in Performance Critical Telecom solutions, announced that Sumeet Paul, who led PCTEL’s development of its industry leading connectivity manager, is returning to PCTEL to lead its SeeHawk™ Analytics Operation. SeeHawk Analytics is PCTEL's cloud-based data solution for wireless network performance engineering and customer experience management. Its Network Analytics, Subscriber Analytics, Map Analytics, and Business Intelligence modules work together to transform multi-source data into actionable information.
Mr. Paul recently served as the Chief Software Architect for Connected Devices at Synchronoss Technologies. In that capacity, Mr. Paul developed solutions that enabled quick and easy setup of new telecom devices and the transfer of content from one device to another without the need for cables or cloud-based infrastructure. Synchronoss had previously acquired the venture-backed Sapience Knowledge Systems, Inc., which he co-founded with Biju Nair. Earlier in his career, he led the development effort for OPAS, the industry’s earliest post-processing tool for drive test data.
