MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Miami Beach Community Health Center (MBCHC) obtained recertification for its three locations as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Level 3 is the highest designation given by the NCQA. “Our primary care physicians work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care and disease management, taking into consideration a patient’s linguistic, cultural, and educational needs,” said Trudy Edwards, Director of Grant and Project Development.

The NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home Recognition is the first and most widely used formal assessment program based on six standards:
