Office Ally and TSI Join Forces to Provide Automated Collections Interface for Healthcare Providers

SAN ANTONIO--()--Office Ally announced today that it has selected TSI to provide a user-friendly, state-of-the-art collections interface for Office Ally customers. Office Ally currently works with more than 330,000 healthcare providers nationwide.

Through this agreement users of Office Ally’s Practice Mate practice management system and its EHR 24/7 electronic health records will be able to view the entire collection log and activities administered directly through TSI. This will expedite the payment process, lower internal costs, and increase cash flow for medical providers. The integrated system, scheduled for release in mid-November 2015, will also help practices identify, select and electronically transfer delinquent patient accounts to TSI for collections.

“All of our products and services have been designed to make automation as easy and beneficial as possible for physicians and other healthcare providers,” said Brian O’Neill, president and CEO of Office Ally. “By partnering with TSI in this effort, we are adding new efficiencies to an office practice in ways that increase cash flow while allowing the physician to spend more time with patients and less on administration hassles.”

Tracy Spears, vice president of TSI Healthcare, added that “Maintaining a healthy cash flow is a challenge for any practice. At TSI we are committed to working with progressive partners who can make it easier for their members to leverage our proven cash flow solutions.”

Office Ally’s Practice Mate product allows providers to create and maintain patient demographics, insurance, appointments, and visit information and includes a complete accounts receivable section. Offered free, it enables providers to create and submit claims electronically, manage payments/deposits, create and send patient statements, and create financial reports. Office Ally’s EHR 24/7 product has been certified for Stage II Meaningful Use, indicating that this technology improves care coordination, reduces healthcare disparities, engages patients and their families, improves population and public health, and ensures adequate privacy and security. Healthcare providers using this product qualify to receive federal stimulus monies.
