GEICO invites college graduates to join Management Development Program

GEICO's Fredericksburg office is hiring recent grads for its sales, service and claims Management Development Programs (MDP). Auto Damage Management Development positions are also available in D.C., Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

GEICO offers several accelerated leadership programs for talented college seniors and graduates. This entry-level, fast-track program develops bright associates into future business leaders through industry-leading training and hands-on experience.

All college seniors and graduates are encouraged to apply. To be considered, MDP candidates must:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a related field
  • Have at least a 3.0 cumulative undergraduate GPA from an accredited college or university
  • Demonstrate leadership experience on campus, in the community, or at work
  • Be well-developed in analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
