CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Grant Thornton LLP, the U.S. member firm of Grant Thornton International Ltd, announced revenues of $1.45 billion for fiscal year 2015, which ended July 31, 2015. The figure is a record for the firm and represents a 6.9 percent increase over the previous fiscal year.

Organic growth for Grant Thornton was strong across all businesses. All of the firm’s industry groups also grew in fiscal year 2015, with Consumer & Industrial Products (CIP), Energy and Financial Services seeing double-digit gains.
The 6.9 percent growth rate for total revenue eclipses that of fiscal year 2014, in which Grant Thornton produced revenues of $1.35 billion. This is the second consecutive year the firm has posted revenue growth above six percent.
McGuire was elected chief executive officer by the partners of Grant Thornton LLP in June 2014. He has been with Grant Thornton since 2002.
