NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Steve Weatherford, one of the fittest players in NFL history, and world class body builder and celebrity chef, Carlo Filippone, announced today they will be hosting a unique cooking demonstration for a select group of NY food editors on October 5th. The cooking event will emphasize matching diet with workout routines - and introduce editors to Elite Lifestyle Cuisine, a health food home delivery service Weatherford and Filippone have launched that offers quick, easy and cost-effective meals for busy people who want to maintain a healthy diet.
The event will be held at Kitchen NYC on 51st Street, where food editors will watch demonstrations of the healthy meal making techniques that help these athletes maintain both their fitness and their chiseled looks.
“People are always asking me what I eat to maintain my level of fitness,” says Weatherford. “At this event, we’re going to show these metro area food editors how I prepare my meals - based on my workout.”
