ChannelNet Names New Chief Experience Officer

ChannelNet Chief Experience Officer Milad (Milo) Elmir

DEARBORN, Mich.--()--ChannelNet, a leader in digital customer acquisition, engagement and retention marketing, announced today that Milad Elmir has joined the company as the chief experience officer (CXO). Elmir will be responsible for the strategy and design of ChannelNet’s solutions for all clients, which include Ally Financial Inc., Fiserv, Toyota, Lexus, Kia, Hyundai, BMW, Benjamin Moore Paints, Hunter Douglas and RouteOne.

Elmir joins ChannelNet with nearly 20 years of digital marketing leadership for the automotive, high-tech, medical and insurance industries. Most recently, Elmir was the chief creative officer and senior vice president of operations and delivery at Meredith Xcelerated Marketing (MXM). In this capacity, he directed marketing solutions for a roster of pharmaceutical and life science clients that included GSK, Allergan, Merck, Pfizer, Novo Nordisk and Novartis.

In a separate organizational move, Robin Hernandez was named ChannelNet’s program director for Ally Financial Inc. Hernandez is responsible for the design, development and overall management of Ally’s online customer experience and the customer lifecycle solutions. Previously, Hernandez was an infotainment product owner at General Motors.

All changes are effective immediately.
