LAKE FOREST, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Reynolds Group Holdings Limited announced the pending resignation of Malcolm Bundey as President and CEO of its Graham Packaging business. Mr. Bundey has served in a variety of positions for Reynolds since 2003, including as President and CEO of Graham Packing since 2012. Mr. Bundey will continue to serve at Graham through the middle of November 2015.

Reynolds also announced that John Rooney, CEO of its Evergreen Packaging business, will become CEO of Graham Packaging, effective in November 2015. Mr. Rooney has served as CEO for Evergreen Packaging since 2011, and prior to that he served as COO for Evergreen Packaging and President for Evergreen Equipment. Mr. Rooney will maintain responsibility for the Evergreen Packaging business.
