AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--World Class Capital Group has acquired a Mississippi self-storage portfolio previously managed by Uncle Bob’s Self Storage. The portfolio includes facilities in the Jackson, Mississippi MSA.
The new portfolio consists of three properties totaling more than 1,800 units and 238,445 square feet, all of which will be managed, marketed, and rebranded under Great Value Storage. This is World Class Capital Group’s fourth self-storage portfolio acquisition during 2015.
