ReposiTrak Hosts Three-Part Series on Measuring Food Safety Success

SALT LAKE CITY--()--ReposiTrak, the leading provider of Compliance Management and Track & Trace solutions for food safety exclusively endorsed by Food Marketing Institute (FMI) and Retailer Owned Food Distributors and Associates (ROFDA), announces that Gina Nicholson Kramer, Executive Director of Savour Food Safety International, will present a three-part series focusing on how to bring corporate awareness to the food safety / quality assurance department by measuring success.

The three-part series begins on September 29 at 1pm ET on the topic of Smart Intelligence. Part 2 covers Holistic Gap Analysis and how it can benefit companies. Part 3 wraps up the series with Measuring Failures, which reviews how to objectively evaluate the cost of food safety events. Register here for each session.

“With the finalization of FSMA rules underway, we are sharing industry best practices with both retailers and suppliers to help them in managing food safety compliance in the extended supply chain,” said Randy Fields, CEO of Park City Group, which owns ReposiTrak. “Our webinars continue to receive rave reviews from attendees and are part of our commitment to help prepare the industry for FSMA compliance.”

Powered by Park City Group’s (NASDAQ:PCYG) technology, the ReposiTrak platform helps manage regulatory, financial and brand risk associated with issues of safety in the global food, pharma and dietary supply chains. The platform consists of two systems: Compliance Management, which not only receives, stores and shares documentation, but also manages compliance through dashboards and alerts for missing or expired documents; and Track & Trace, which quickly identifies product ingredients and their supply chain path in the unfortunate event of a product recall. It can reduce the risk in the supply chain by identifying backward chaining sources and forward chaining recipients of products in near real time.
