- Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series I in the amount of $395.00 per share (which is equivalent to $39.50 per related Depositary Share). The dividend is payable October 30, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2015.
- Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series Q in the amount of $257.50 per share (which is equivalent to $25.75 per related Depositary Share). The dividend is payable November 1, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 2, 2015.
- Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series U in the amount of $306.25 per share (which is equivalent to $30.625 per related Depositary Share). The dividend is payable October 30, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2015.
