Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico Announces Payment Date for the First Portion of the Dividend Approved at the April 21, 2015 Shareholders’ Meeting

GUADALAJARA, Mexico--()--Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE:PAC; BMV:GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) today announced that on August 21, 2015, the Company will pay the first portion of the dividend approved at the annual General Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 21, 2015 in accordance with the following:

Approval of the allocation, from the account for net income pending allocation amounting to Ps. 2,198,682,664.05 (TWO BILLION, ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY-EIGHT MILLION, SIX HUNDRED AND EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED AND SIXTY FOUR 05/100 PESOS), of a Ps. 3.32 per share (THREE 32/100 PESOS) dividend to be distributed equally among each share outstanding as of the payment date, excluding the shares repurchased by the Company as of each payment date in accordance with Article 56 of the Mexican Securities Market Law. Any amounts of net income pending allocation remaining after the payment of such dividend will remain in the account for net income pending allocation. The dividend will be paid in the following manner:

i. Ps. 1.82 (ONE 82/100 PESOS) per outstanding share before August 31, 2015; and

ii. Ps. 1.50 (ONE 50/100 PESOS) per outstanding share before December 31, 2015.

Accordingly, the first portion of the dividend equivalent to Ps. 1.82 (ONE 82/100 PESOS) per outstanding share will be paid on August 21, 2015. The total dividend payment is equivalent to Ps. 956,547,495.54 (NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY SIX MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED AND FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED AND NINETY FIVE 54/100 PESOS).
