TalkTalk will deploy the latest version of CSG Intermediate, CSG Interconnect including Dispute Manager, and CSG Route, replacing a combination of bespoke systems as well as a previous version of CSG Route.

The CSG solution will enable TalkTalk to streamline its back office processes and more accurately track cost and revenue, including for TalkTalk Business, which is a leading B2B and wholesale service provider. TalkTalk will be able to offer enhanced, partner-specific terms to negotiate exclusive rights to partner products that can be used to attract or retain customers or enrich its brand.
