NAUGATUCK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Eastern Company (NASDAQ:EML) today announced the declaration of its regular quarterly cash dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share, payable September 15, 2015, to common shareholders of record as of August 19, 2015.
