The agreement combines TCPN Management Group’s extensive contract portfolio knowledge with National IPA and Provista’s approximately $55 billion in annual purchasing volume through the combined spend of the National IPA and Novation contract portfolios. This acquisition will bring value and choice to public agencies across the United States.
