Lehigh Technologies Announces Price Increase for PolyDyne and MicroDyne Product Ranges

ATLANTA--()--Lehigh Technologies announced today that the prices of their PolyDyne and MicroDyne Micronized Rubber Powders will increase by 7% on September 1, 2015 or as contracts allow.

“As a result of significant investments that we have already made to increase our production capacity and improve our raw material capabilities, as well as increasing costs of regulatory compliance, we feel we have no alternative but to pass a portion of those costs to the market,” said Alan Barton, CEO of Lehigh Technologies. “Lehigh Technologies has experienced significant growth in demand for our products over the past several years not only in the U.S., but also in Asia and Europe, and we have responded with improvements in our Tucker, GA, plant. We fully expect the growth to continue and hence a need for further investments moving forward. We are very grateful for the trust our customers place in the company and our products.”

Lehigh Technologies' PolyDyne and MicroDyne product lines are used in multiple end-use markets to provide performance, cost reduction and an improved sustainability profile. Their flagship manufacturing plant in Tucker, GA, has the largest capacity in the world for Micronized Rubber Powders, is ISO 9001/14001 certified and services customers in 18 countries around the globe.
