OWINGS MILLS, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Integra ServiceConnect®, a rapidly-growing healthcare services company supporting underserved individuals in their own communities using a non-clinical community health work service model, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Im as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Im assumes responsibility for Integra’s growing field-based operations, internal business operations, and the company’s Information Technology division.
With over 20 years of strategic and operational leadership experience in managed care, Mr. Im adds significant depth and breadth to Integra’s leadership. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Clinical and Service Operations at NIA, a specialty Healthcare Management company owned by Magellan Health Services. At NIA, Mr. Im was responsible for strategic development and oversight of operations in clinical specialty areas for 63 clients in 32 states servicing over 22 million members.
Prior to Magellan, David’s roles included Senior Vice President of Operations for The Outsource Group, a leading health care revenue cycle management company, Vice President of Clinical Operations/Service Delivery, Optum and various cross-functional roles at Boston Scientific. Additionally, he served eleven years in the United States Army and Army National Guard, attaining the rank of Major.

Mr. Im holds a B.S. in Life Sciences with a Minor in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy, as well as an M.S. in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science & Technology. He will be relocating to Maryland from St. Louis, where he currently resides with his wife and three children.
