The acquisition allows e-Gov Systems the ability to build upon current tax portal offerings and provide a back-end collection system to new and existing clients. The combination of the e-Gov Systems' Tax Portal and JPI Data Resources' Revenue Collection System will create a tightly integrated end-to-end solution for local governmental agencies that is currently unavailable in the marketplace.
