Fitch Withdraws Ratings on 4 UK Social Housing Transactions

Fitch Ratings has withdrawn ratings on four UK social housing transactions as follows:
Harbour Funding Plc
Class 1 - secured bonds: 'AAsf'/Outlook
Negative; withdrawn
Haven Funding Plc
Class A notes: 'AAsf'/Outlook Negative;
withdrawn
Sunderland Finance (SHG) Finance Plc
Secured bonds:
'AAsf'/Outlook Negative; withdrawn
UK Rents (No.1) Plc
Fixed-rate bonds: 'AA+sf'/Outlook
Negative; withdrawn
KEY RATING DRIVERS
Fitch has withdrawn the ratings of the above transactions for commercial reasons and because at least one of the housing associations in each transaction has decided to stop participating in the rating process. Therefore, Fitch will no longer have sufficient information to maintain the ratings. Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings for the above listed transactions.
