Pan Pacific Bank Names Jonathan Padilla to Board of Directors

San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce manager joins diverse board

SAN JOSE, Calif.--()--Pan Pacific Bank (OTCBB:PPFC) today announced that Jonathan Padilla, a Bay Area native and manager of public policy and community engagement at San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce, has joined its board of directors.

Prior to joining the chamber, Padilla served as policy and finance director on Sam Liccardo’s successful campaign for mayor of San Jose. Padilla has also held roles in Washington, D.C., as an intern for the White House Office of Communications and as an intern for Rep. Mike Honda. In addition to his experience in government, Padilla has also worked as a special education teacher for Teach for America, an intern at Google and a research assistant at Harvard Kennedy School.

Padilla holds a Bachelor of Arts in government from Harvard University and graduated from Bellarmine College Preparatory He was honored with the National Leadership Award from the Hispanic Heritage Foundation and is a board member of the Silicon Valley Urban Debate League, where he coaches public speaking and debate in East San Jose. He resides in his hometown of San Jose, California.
