TEL AVIV, Israel & SAN FRANCISCO--()--Perion Network Ltd. (NASDAQ: PERI) today announced that Standard & Poor’s Maalot (“S&P”) Ratings Services has affirmed Perion’s corporate credit rating of ilA-.
