LEHI, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--iTOK, a managed services provider of consumer technology adoption services, today announced it has appointed Ken Saunders as Chief Financial Officer. Saunders brings iTOK over 25 years of global financial management, corporate development, and investment management experience for public and privately held companies. He will report directly to James P. Dunn, CEO of iTOK.

Most recently, Saunders has served as a senior advisor to SaaS (“software as a service”) and early-stage technology companies. Prior to this role, he was CFO at security analytics software company Solera Networks, through the company's acquisition by Blue Coat Systems in 2013. Saunders has extensive investment banking and private equity experience, and he held senior financial positions during a 10-year tenure with the National Football League (NFL), including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of NFL Europe.

Saunders holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Sandy, Utah, with his wife and three children.
