KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--()--PerfectServe today announced its participation in American Medical Group Association’s (AMGA) premiere of High Performing Health, an in-depth, online news program produced by ITN Productions, which highlights innovative ideas to improve outcomes, patient engagement and efficiency for healthcare providers. The program was featured at the AMGA 2015 Annual Conference (AC2015), showcasing PerfectServe in the Reducing Communication Process Waste Among Clinicians segment.

The video showcases Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center’s use of PerfectServe to improve communication and collaboration among their clinical team. The PerfectServe platform enables a single, standardized process for staff at Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center to quickly and securely connect with physicians and other care team members across the continuum of care via voice and text. Since implementation, Orange Coast’s physician call back time has been shortened substantially, from an average of 45 minutes to an average of 14 minutes.

PerfectServe recently launched PerfectServe Synchrony™, a unified communications and collaboration solution that allows clinicians to immediately identify and reach the most appropriate patient care team member so they can address a patient’s urgent needs quickly and provide the highest quality of care.
