Capgemini Globalizes Relationship with IFS by Joining the IFS Partner Network

Alliance to grow global sales through the Capgemini IFS Solution Centers in France and India

WASHINGTON--()--IFS (http://www.ifsworld.com/), the global enterprise applications company, announces that Capgemini (http://media.ne.cision.com/l/yzdlyczp/www.capgemini.com/), one of the world's foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, has joined the IFS Partner Network (http://media.ne.cision.com/l/yzdlyczp/www.ifsworld.com/en/partners/).

IFS and Capgemini have a long history of successful collaboration on major, global implementation projects (http://media.ne.cision.com/l/yzdlyczp/www.ifsworld.com/en/news-and-events/newsroom/2014/10/21/13/08/2012-03-05-technip/). The news of this global partnership builds on regional agreements between the two companies, such as the collaboration agreement that was announced (http://media.ne.cision.com/l/yzdlyczp/www.ifsworld.com/en/news-and-events/newsroom/2014/10/21/13/03/press-release-2014-06-20-ifs-signs-partnership-agreement-with-capgemini-in-spain/) last year focused on the Spanish market.

The global agreement involves training and certification of Capgemini consultants through the IFS Academy (http://media.ne.cision.com/l/yzdlyczp/www.ifsworld.com/en/partners/ifs-academy/), thereby developing Capgemini’s IFS Applications competence globally. Capgemini’s IFS Solution Centers in Grenoble, France, and Mumbai, India, employ some 90 consultants providing implementation, rollout, support and maintenance services worldwide.

“By signing a formal alliance, we will be able to broaden and deepen our collaboration with IFS, which in turn will lead to even more efficient customer service delivery,” Capgemini Application Development & Maintenance France Unit Manager Stéphane Zantain said. “By combining our global reach and domain expertise with IFS’s product offering, we will be able to offer a comprehensive solution that will resonate very well in the large enterprise market.”

“We are very excited about taking our relationship with Capgemini to the next level, having worked with them on a number of successful customer projects in the past,” IFS VP Global Alliances David Eager said. “Developing our partner ecosystem is a key part of our global strategy and increases our execution capabilities and Capgemini’s industry focus and dedication to providing service excellence are perfectly aligned with those of IFS.”
