Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

BEDFORD, Mass.--()--Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. (NASDAQ: OCUL) announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock. The offering consists of 3,200,000 shares being offered by the Company and 800,000 shares being offered by certain stockholders of the Company. In addition, the selling stockholders are expected to grant the underwriters of the offering an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of the Company’s common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. Ocular Therapeutix will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed.
