Strainwise, Inc. Announces Joint Venture to Foster Economic Development on Native American Land through Marijuana Commerce

DENVER--()--Strainwise, Inc. (“Strainwise”), a Utah Corporation (OTC: STWC) engaged in consulting, application support, branding and fulfillment services to various marijuana cultivation and dispensary locations in Colorado, announced today that it finalized a joint venture agreement (the “Agreement”) with the Sentinel Group (“Sentinel”) to help advance responsible economic development on Native American land through marijuana businesses.

The Agreement provides that Sentinel’s Denver office will assist selected Indian Tribes with underwriting and capital placement for the construction of vertically integrated marijuana business operations on Tribal lands. Strainwise currently provides consulting services to both recreational and medicinal facilities, and will make the resources available to assist the Tribes in selecting the marijuana program that best benefits their community.

Strainwise’s expertise in cultivation and dispensary design, employee training and general consulting services will allow the Tribes to succeed in the ever changing business landscape of the marijuana industry.

“We are extremely pleased that Strainwise has agreed to partner with us in this space. We see an incredible opportunity now and in the future for the marijuana industry. The partnership with Strainwise ensures that investment capital always goes to support professional, well run, and profitable operations,” explained Sentinel Associate Director Chris Hardiman.

Together, Sentinel and Strainwise have the resources to assist Tribes with drafting Tribal ordinances and regulations that adhere to the Department of Justice’s “Cole Memorandum” and the subsequent document that speaks directly to the marijuana business on Native American land, “The Wilkinson Memorandum”.

Strainwise Inc. is an industry leader in marijuana, providing consulting, application support, branding and fulfillment services to various marijuana cultivation and dispensary locations in Colorado, and the Sentinel connection only strengthens their reach.
