COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WP Glimcher (NYSE: WPG) today announced that the company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common shares, operating partnership units and preferred shares. A cash dividend of $0.25 per common share and operating partnership unit was declared. The dividend is payable on Monday, June 15, 2015 to shareholders and operating partnership unit holders of record on Wednesday, June 3, 2015.
Additionally, the Company’s Board of Directors declared quarterly cash dividends of $0.4688 per Series H preferred stock, $0.4297 per Series I preferred stock, and $0.4563 per Series I-1 preferred units. Each of the cash dividends for preferred shares and units is payable on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 to preferred shareholders of record on Tuesday, June 30, 2015.
