PerfectServe to Host Annual Customer Advisory Panel Meeting

Panel members and executives to focus on organizational direction for effective care transitions

KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--()--PerfectServe today announced it will host members of its Customer Advisory Panel for the annual gathering from May 20-21, 2015 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dallas, TX. The panel of hospital and health system executive leaders will meet to provide input and strategic direction critical to the development of PerfectServe’s secure, unified communications platform that enables effective population health management among physicians, nurses and other care team members across the continuum through timely and communication-driven workflows.

The gathering will kick off with a presentation on care transitions by guest speaker Eric A. Coleman, MD, PHD, professor of Medicine, head of the Division of Health Care Policy, University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus, director of the Care Transitions Program. The panel will also receive an overview from members of the PerfectServe executive team on organizational updates, goals for the upcoming year, recent research and upcoming milestones for the new PerfectServe Synchrony™ platform, which was announced earlier this spring.
