RESTON, Va.--()--Siteworx, LLC, a leading digital experience agency, announced today that President Ken Quaglio will be promoted to CEO, and Founder Tim McLaughlin will transition to Chairman of the Siteworx Board effective June 1.

McLaughlin co-founded Siteworx and has served as the company’s CEO since 2002. During his tenure, the company grew from 4 employees to +150 employees across 6 offices, including Reston, New York, Raleigh and Chicago. The company prospered despite two major economic recessions and continued to deliver best-in-class results, earning more than 90 industry awards.

After a decade of strong year-over-year growth and success across retail, hospitality, finance and insurance sectors, the firm received private equity investment in 2012, allowing it to further scale and expand its capabilities and services.

“The evolution of the firm to date has been nothing less than remarkable,” said Tim McLaughlin, founder and board chairman. “The company would not be where it is today without the passion and dedication of the entire team working tirelessly to deliver innovative solutions and results to our clients. I look forward to continuing to serve the company in my new role.”

Ken joined the company as President and COO in July of 2014 to oversee the company’s strategic direction, continued growth and long-term profitability. He brings a strong background in strategic and operational leadership having previously held senior positions at premier consulting firms Ernst & Young, EDS, AT Kearney and Booz Allen Hamilton in addition to C-level positions at 3Pillar Global and Command Information. Ken is also a 29-year Army veteran who was recently appointed to the Advisory Committee on Veterans Business Affairs to advise on policies and programs affecting veteran-owned and operated businesses.

“Thanks to Tim’s leadership and vision, Siteworx has successfully evolved from a web content management shop to a firm that combines strategy and design with technical expertise to create fully integrated customer experiences across diverse digital assets,” said President and CEO, Ken Quaglio. “I look forward to continuing the agency’s momentum as we diversify into key sectors like manufacturing, expand our eCommerce capabilities and services, and deliver effective digital experiences that build more genuine customer connections for our clients.”

Siteworx has been building its senior staff with several key hires and promotions. Most recently, the company hired eCommerce Director, Liz Duggan, former Ogilvy Executive Creative Director, Greg Johnston and announced the promotion of Savani Tatake to technical director. The company also added software and services leader Bobby Christian as chief revenue officer in October 2014.

In addition to an expanded senior team, the company introduced a new Manufacturing Group in March 2015 and the completion of the Group’s first project for a leading provider of technology and services to worldwide oil, gas and process industries. Siteworx also announced a new partnership with the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University to study B2B customer engagement.
