XO was awarded in two categories: billing services (for the fourth consecutive year) and customer service (for the second consecutive year). The award was determined in accordance with customer votes in the recent 2015 ATLANTIC-ACM U.S. Long Haul Wholesale Provider Report Card (Report Card).
The Report Card provides direct customer feedback and benchmarks customer perception against similar competitors in the wholesale long haul sector. ATLANTIC-ACM collects data each year for the Report Card through responses to an online survey sent to buyers of U.S. long haul products. Among several topics, survey questions asked respondents to provide input on how they rate customer touch points for providers with whom they work. The 2015 research yielded more than 1,000 provider ratings from nearly 300 different customers. The award was granted to XO at the recently-concluded COMPTEL PLUS Business Expo held in Orlando, Fla.
