SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cresta Technology Corporation, a product company that sells silicon tuner chips to television set manufacturers based on its patented Smart Tuner™ technology, had filed in January of 2014 a complaint against Silicon Laboratories (SLAB) and Maxlinear (MXL) with the U.S. International Trade Commission, which opened an investigation in the matter.
On April 30th, 2015 the Commission provided notice that it intends to review various aspects of the Initial Determination by the presiding administrative law judge.
