MILPITAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HEAT Software, the leading provider of Hybrid Service Management and Unified Endpoint Management software, announced today that software industry luminary Mercedes Ellison will join the company in a newly created position, Senior Vice President of Alliances and Channels and as a member of the executive team, reporting to CEO Jon Temple.
Ellison will leverage her extensive software industry experience to help drive HEAT Software’s next growth phase through global oversight of the partner programs, OEM, Reseller and Managed Service Provider relationships, as well as Strategic and Technical Alliances. Prior to joining HEAT Software, Ellison held senior level executive positions with several prominent companies, most recently as Senior Vice President, Global Cloud Ecosystem & Channels at SuccessFactors, an SAP company. Prior to that, she held senior management roles with industry leaders such as Oracle, Siebel Systems, BEA Systems and Hyperion.
