ALFA Unveils Senior Living 2025 Campaign

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--()--The Assisted Living Federation of America, which advocates for excellence in senior living, today unveiled the Senior Living 2025 campaign, an initiative designed to coalesce the industry around major issues impacting senior living – workforce development, quality care, operational excellence and consumer choice.

As part of Senior Living 2025, ALFA will lead a 6-month listening tour around the country, listening to the concerns of senior living stakeholders and developing principles to serve as a roadmap of initiatives to address these issues. The campaign was launched at the 2015 ALFA Senior Living Executive Conference in Tampa, FL, May 4-7.

“The burgeoning growth of senior living across the nation and throughout the states brings challenges and opportunities for the senior living industry over the next 10 years and beyond,” ALFA President and CEO James Balda said. “Senior Living 2025 creates a roadmap that will help us advocate for excellence in senior living through collaboration and thought leadership.”

The tour will begin in New York, Wisconsin, Arizona and Kentucky. To learn more about this new initiative and to sign up to receive Senior Living 2025 news, visit www.seniorliving2025.org.
