JDA and Forbes to Host Webinar on Omni-Channel Fulfillment

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--()--JDA Software Group, Inc. is partnering with Forbes Media, LLC to host an informative webinar on May 14 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern. Titled “Retail’s Omni-Channel Fulfillment Imperative,” this event will focus on the challenges retailers are facing as they seek to profitably serve omni-channel demand.

A recent study conducted by PwC on behalf of JDA revealed that only 16 percent of retailers can fulfill omni-channel demand profitably. This study is based on a global survey of 410 retail and consumer goods CEOs from around the world, conducted in late 2014.

In this live webcast, Wayne Usie, senior vice president of retail at JDA Software, will join Bruce Rogers, chief insights officer at Forbes, to highlight key findings from this study — including retail CEOs’ biggest challenges, investment priorities and innovation plans. In addition, Usie and Rogers will outline key strategies to orchestrate a profitable omni-channel fulfillment strategy, from planning to order management.

“The rise of omni-channel retailing makes the days of buying and receiving products through one channel a thing of the past.
