Azima DLI Launches WATCHMAN PORTAL 3.0

Offers More Visibility to Customers for Condition-based Monitoring Programs

WOBURN, Mass.--()--Azima DLI has launched version 3.0 of WATCHMAN Reliability Portal™, the secure, dynamically updated web-based dashboard connecting customers with the results of their machine condition-monitoring program, including vibration analysis data, business-level metrics and maintenance planning.

WATCHMAN Reliability Portal 3.0 allows companies to customize the dashboard for their users, including creating role-specific views and reports.

“We’re excited to unveil Portal 3.0 because it unlocks more value for our customers. We have expanded access to key performance metrics that power strategic and management applications for each customer’s PdM program,” said Burt Hurlock, CEO of Azima DLI. “Procurement staff can now customize their Portal to focus on optimizing metrics like cost avoidance, while safety officers can configure quick access to compliance statistics. WATCHMAN Portal 3.0 offers new ways to understand performance, whether it is efficiency, safety, cost avoidance or responsiveness.”

The new version of Portal also includes the introduction of multi-language support for customers’ dashboards. Spanish and Simplified Chinese will lead the growing list of languages that supplement the traditional English version of the WATCHMAN Portal. With this release, all users will be able to experience how these languages can be presented. Customers seeking this language support will work with an Azima DLI integration team to deploy.

“As our family of WATCHMAN Solutions becomes the monitoring solution of choice for industries and facilities around the world, customers increasing require the ability to configure the Portal in languages that support local plant operations and management and that deliver vital metrics in their own languages,” said Michael DeMaria, director of Azima DLI product management.

Portal 3.0 still offers users secure access to vibration analysis data, trends, reports and automated alerts, and adds new performance and benchmarking metrics. These new metrics are based on the experience of hundreds of plants across more than a dozen industries to score the performance of sites and enterprises against maintenance and industry best practices.

DeMaria said, “Our customers access the WATCHMAN Portal to manage their PdM programs across multiple facilities. They are enabled to make better decisions about maintenance resources because we can deliver the data they need to track trends and anticipate problems. These new features in WATCHMAN Portal 3.0 will further enhance our customers’ programs.”
