Company Raises $31 Million in Series D Funding Round

RelSci also announces the close of a Series D $31 million funding round, which included an investment by TABLE Holdings, an affiliate of Bill Ackman. The round includes a mix of old and new investors.

Robson was previously CEO of NYSE Technologies, where he was responsible for developing innovative liquidity solutions, managed infrastructure services and real-time and historic market data content to the financial community. Earlier, Robson was President of Thomson Reuters Markets’ Enterprise Division where he led the delivery of solutions for market data, risk, portfolio management, analytics, colocation and business automation. As Co-founder of MoneyLine Telerate, he helped create dealer-owned fixed income trading platforms and real-time benchmark data solutions for the Capital Markets communities. Robson has served on the boards of ICAP plc, Omgeo, The Partnership for New York and the British American Business Institute.
