Pflaging brings the AdaptiveMobile Board more than 25 years of Silicon Valley experience, including 15 years as Chief Executive Officer of cyber security and data management companies. At The Chertoff Group, a premier global advisory firm focused exclusively on the security and risk management sector, Pflaging is the global lead for the business strategy practice where he works with technology firms and investors to develop growth plans and evaluate and implement investment opportunities, with a focus on the intersection of big data, cyber security and mobility.

Previously, Pflaging was the Director and Managing Principal of the SINET Group LLC, a cyber-security community builder and strategy advisor. Earlier in his career, Pflaging served as CEO for several leading firms, including SenSage, a provider of cyber security solutions; Intraspect, a provider of collaboration and content management software, which was acquired by Vignette; and Pacific Bell Network Integration (PBNI), the managed security and network services subsidiary of SBC. Before launching PBNI, Pflaging spent 10 years with Sprint, where he was a senior leader in the firm's national accounts division.
