AFP Announces Strategic Partnership with Abila

ARLINGTON, Va.--()--The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), the largest community of fundraising professionals in the world, has announced a new strategic partnership with Abila, a leading provider of software and services to nonprofits and associations that help them improve decision making, execute with greater precision, increase engagement, and generate more revenue.

Abila joins AFP’s Strategic Partners program at the highest level: Premier Partner. The Strategic Partners Program supports AFP’s mission to advance effective fundraising in nonprofits around the world through the provision of top-notch, cutting-edge education and training and the promulgation of the highest ethical standards in the profession.

“With our partnership, Abila shows it believes that serving the sector means more than just providing software and services,” said Andrew Watt, FInstF, president and CEO of AFP. “It demonstrates their commitment to the philanthropic sector and the important work of fundraising professionals everywhere. We are proud to welcome Abila as an AFP Strategic Partner, and appreciate their support of our mission to advance philanthropy through ethical and effective fundraising.”

“As today’s fundraising professionals seek better ways to connect with donors and other constituents, and donors elevate their expectations of how organizations should communicate, engage, and remain relevant, the opportunities for AFP members have never been greater, but at the same time never been more complex,” said Krista Endsley, CEO of Abila. “We’re looking forward to collaborating with AFP and members on multiple fronts to help fundraisers and the nonprofits they support get the most out of their fundraising efforts and their technology – to work with AFP to ensure the future of giving and philanthropy align to the needs of our communities and the standards set by AFP.”

The AFP Strategic Partners Program provides opportunity for leading organizations to align with AFP, support its mission to advance philanthropy and ethical fundraising throughout the world, and build year-round relationships with AFP members and chapters through customized marketing programs.
