Thrive Workplace Expands Denver’s Co-working Movement to the Denver Ballpark Neighborhood

New co-working community will fulfill a niche in this downtown area

DENVER--()--As the nature of the American workplace continues to change, the prevalence of co-working spaces has exploded in cities across the nation. Denver has been at the forefront of this movement, with a strong local economy that attracts workers in many industries from all over the country.

Thrive Workplace, a co-working fixture in the Denver collaborative workspace movement, will be doubling in size with the opening of the 24,000 square foot location at 1415 Park Avenue in Denver’s Ballpark neighborhood in the beginning of April 2015.

Chad and Charlie Johnson, brothers and co-owners of Thrive Workplace, are building upon years of experience in the co-working industry to bridge the gap between traditional executive offices and the modern co-working business model.

“Non-traditional and traditional office employees are using a more sustainable workplace model that meets their fluid lifestyles,” said Chad Johnson, co-owner of Thrive Workplace. “Whether a worker wants a permanent desk or just to drop in once in a while, we offer multiple packages that can be customized for each individual. At the heart of Thrive’s vision is the idea of a sophisticated and vibrant community in an exciting and creative work atmosphere.”

Thrive offers a shared office environment to meet the needs of varying industries and diverse professionals. Thrive’s clients include a mix of start-ups, small businesses, freelancers, and consultants. Thrive is home to software developers, real estate brokers, financial advisors, digital marketers, graphic designers and many more industry leaders. With monthly community events, becoming a member of Thrive means joining a growing network of Denver professionals. Thrive also encourages frequent member-held workshops so professionals can continually meet new people and learn about their businesses.

Thrive provides a high level of professionalism in both service and style. The new space will include more than 70 private offices, shared workspace, small and large conference rooms and private phone booths. Moving beyond traditional office amenities, the Ballpark location will also include a coffee shop, an exercise facility, showers and changing rooms, a 3D printer, a laser cutter and a production studio.
